The Torch Drinks WIN A YEAR OF TORCH DRINKS giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Torch Drinks (“Sponsor”) and is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway begins on December 6, 2025, and ends on January 3, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”). Participants may enter by visiting Torchdrinks.com and completing the entry form. Participants can also earn 5 bonus entries for any order placed on Torchdrinks.com during the Entry Period. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period, and incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will take place on January 6, 2025. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes include one Grand Prize (Torch Drinks for a Year with 52 four-packs, one custom mini fridge, and Torch Merch), three Runner-Up Prizes (one custom mini fridge, 12 four-packs—two of each flavor, and Torch Merch), and seven Consolation Prizes (six four-packs—one of each flavor—and Torch Merch). Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or fairness. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, technical failures or errors, or any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize acceptance. Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of this Giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
